LIMITED WARRANTY OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES. Absolute Concepts Inc warrants the original Customer its trailer body, frame, Light Emitting Diode (LED) lights, excluding normal or abnormal wear and tear, for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. The LED lights must be returned to the manufacturer to be replaced. The tires will have the tire manufacturer’s warranty. Inspection by an authorized representative of Absolute Concepts Inc shall be the final determination in determining warranty status. This warranty does not include any labor charges for making in-warranty repairs or exchange of defective parts.

THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS AND OF ALL OTHER OBLIGATIONS OR LIABILITIES WHATSOEVER. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WHATSOEVER SHALL ABSOLUTE CONCEPTS INC BE LIABLE TO CUSTOMER/PURCHASER/USER FOR ANY SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. THIS WARRANTY IS APPLICABLE ONLY WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.

Refunds, Trailer Accessory Products.

You may return new, unopened trailer accessory products, fulfilled by Absolute Concepts, Inc., not trailers or parts thereof, within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (i.e. you received an incorrect or defective item).
Used trailer accessory products are not eligible for a refund.
If you return a trailer accessory product order that was placed using a promotional certificate or discount, you will not be refunded for more than the amount of the promotional offer, as these discounts were deducted from the original purchase amount.
If you took advantage of any Free or Discounted Shipping promotion when placing your trailer accessory product order, the original shipping savings associated with the returned item(s) will be deducted from the refund amount unless the return was due to our error.
